Highlights of my week has moved. I'm sorry but I'm not going to be posting Highlights of my week on LJ anymore. They'll be double posted either on my Facebook (look up Nick Ratliff at Northwest Nazarene University) as a note or at Nickratliff.wordpress.com.

1) Dreamt that I was asked to be the next MTV V-J.

2) Tried to identify each meal by how much a poopie burned coming out... I had jalapeños for lunch.

3) Discovered at 4:21pm that my fly was down.

4) Remembered at 4:23pm that the last time i had taken a leak was before noon.

5) Finally, at 5:45pm was alone enough to zip it back up without much embarrassment from peers.

6) Successfully initiated 6 different conversations with the same person with the phrase "Get your air compressor out of my car!"

7) Broke the trend of 3 years 8 months and 11 days of not using a gift card.

8) Daydreamed about being crowned the world's best air-guitarist.

9) Initiated the early phases of an assassination attempt on the OXy-Clean spokesman.

10) Initiated the early phases of a pick-up line for the Overstock.com spokeswoman.

2) Had a confrontation with Airport security in relation to highlight 1.

7) Totally skooled a little kid in RPS at the airport.

1) Witnessed my first car crash. It was everything i hoped it would be... Two Unabomber-esk white trash guys, crappy cars that just got so much crappier.

2) Tried to feed the ducks but the little bung-holes weren't hungry.

3) Got pissed off at ducks and threw bread at them.

4) Wondered what cuddling with potato chips would do for my love life.

5) started to form a "Coalition of the Willing" to overthrow that lady in the Helstrom Business Center that yells at people for wearing their hats inside.

6) Realized that a stress ball is way more effective in relieving stress when you throw it at someone you don't like.

7) RocketBoom did a special on the RPS championships.

8) Asked a McDonald's employee for directions to the nearest college graduate.

9) Added to his confusion by demanding a double tall white chocolate mocha.

10) Felt a musical revolution was in order.

1) After serious council, concluded that the Pirates vs. Ninjas debate can only be ended by a more outlandish and kill-tacular third party.

2) Was granted the long time (and somewhat ironic) wish of meeting someone so uptight and anti-social that they refuse to talk to people.

3) Showed up for a social work project. I was sent back because there wasn’t any transportation so I played video games instead of hanging out with old people.

4) Spent 2 hour googling anti-Point Loma jokes.

5) Collected 3 Brazilian flags for some reason. One is hanging in the window.

6) Celebrated the 7146th day I've avoided being stabbed.

7) Decided to opt out of a game called "Culver Window Jumping"

8) Decided to opt in for a game called "Fart on your roommate’s face."

9) Farted 12 times on my roommates face. He woke up 2 of those times. Thats the best fart-to-wakeup ratio I've managed to achieve.

10)Didn't shoplift from Mike's Country Store

5)Spent 2 hours debating whether hacking with your shoes on your hands is a legitimate hacking technique.

6) Forgot to close the blinds when taking that photo.

7) Got a weird look from a passer-by.

8) All League of Awesomeness members shall now be known as Bone-Saw... or if they really really awesome... Bone-Ninja.

1) Was two blocks away from a psycho shooting spree and didn't have an effing clue until the news helicopters started hovering above me.

2) A crack addict started to freak out and excitedly pointed out his bellybutton lint to a co-worker and myself.

3) Decided that doppers are the funniest people in the world whenever they aren't stealing your TV.

4) 2 Age of Empires LANs..... Not a single kill.

5) 1 World of Warcraft LAN..... 158 kills.

6) Watched a giant obese cabbage patch doll make my lunch at Subway.

7) After watching the cabbage patch doll rest her bloated stomach on the same table as the one my sandwich was on, I decided to eat at Taco Del Mar the next day.

8) Billy Johnson was home!

9) Todd licked my keyboard.

10)Washed my keyboard.

Subject:WOW - the ultamite addiction Pt. 2
Security:Public

So today I hit level 55. Yup Wrana's almost 60. I've really been going slow but then again, if you don't enjoy the game and just try to power-level your way to 60, whats the point? Anyway, I found a new podcast about World of Warcraft. It's called WOWcast and it's basically this chick who talks with a few of her friends about endgame raids and stuff. Frankly, I wish my guild was that sweet. She talks about helping guildies go powerlevel alts to 60 in 6 days and I'm just in awe of how close that guild is. My guild would never do such a thing. I listened to all 15 podcasts Thursday and Friday at work and after hearing that much chatter about end game I'm just about ready to let myself slip into full nerd-dom and be a full fledged WOW addict. Like worse than my addiction to coffee.

I also thought about making a myspace page for my wow character. :(

Pray for me.

4. Counld't figure out if that smell in my car is me or the car.
5. Realized that the ugly barista is a nerd. I don't want to talk WOW with the person making me coffee. I want to talk about when the hot barista will be back.
6. wishied i could be the "decider"
7. Wrote a letter to Paulie Shore to see what gigs he had lined up.
8. Booked Paulie Shore to appear at my 35th wedding aniversery.
9. Started looking for a wife.

1) Listened to an NPR interview with a guy from the potato council while playing video games.

2) did realize how much people can love potatoes.

3) whenever i got in the way of somebody this week, i've done a little happy dance to get out of the way.

4) Complained to the Better Business Bureau about my computer problems and mail in rebates. They get results.

5) Drafted my proposal to Guinness for my record attempt at "The Worlds Largest Dump"

6) Realized my deodorant crapped out while talking with a hot barista.

7) Realized that deodorant won't help farts while talking with a hot barista.

8) Made a new resolution to never set foot in that coffee shop again.

9) Got self conscious about earwax after remembering i haven't cleaned out my ears in a few days. I had to make sure I was looking directly at or away from every person that looked important.

10) Answered the question; "Who actually buys this crap?" when a guy at the gas station was complaining that the condom machine in the bathroom took his money.

11) Felt awkward when I met eyes with the fattest, ugliest, socially deprived woman on the bus. I should have known better. That beast always stares at me.

1) heard a fat lady utter as she got on the bus "wow, those stairs are steep."

2) stopped myself from saying "you think the stairs on the bus are steep, you should try a stair master."

3) Decided that more people need to walk into a room with the Darth Vader theme (The Imperial March) playing.

4) Realized that there is a fine line between A-hole and hilarious.

5) That line is usually 2 beers.

6) Learned that the USA soccer team is ranked 5th in the world for the world cup.

7) No body cares about soccer in the USA. and if you do, then you are a minority. A law must be past to stop discrimination against you.

8) Listened to NPR while playing WOW. NPR beats the pants off 107.7 the End.

9) Determined that the best place in the world to live would be Toronto. It's the San Fransisco of Canada but without all the weird hippy people.

10)Wondered what talking about World of Warcraft in a crowded public setting would do for my love life.

11)Anna Kournikova's b-day is today. She is 25.

1) Have you ever seen a person play more than one slot machine at a time? I saw a man do that with ATMs. He won every time.

2) Saw the fat chick on the bike again. I wassn't aware they made strechy bike shorts that big.... come to think of it, they don't.

3) Isolated the three main causes for the world being so effed up.

  1. Not enough politicians listen to Peter Frampton on a regular basis

  2. There has never been an earth sandwich. We're working on that.

  3. There are too many people without guns.

4) A friend turned down an invite to hang out so he can raid in WOW.

5) Called myself a nerd because I was understanding of Highlight 4.

6) Wished I was as dumb as Dave Titus.

7) Was in my own little world on the way home from work and stepped out into traffic.

8) Was surprised by the fact I wasn't hit or worse, called an a-hole because of highlight 7.

9) Wondered if psycho-bitches are born, or made.

10)Bought a $75 bag for my laptop that's still busted.
